Job Description

Promote excellence throughout the department  Responsible and accountable for shop organization, cleanliness, and quality  Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing facility  Supervise activities of manufacturing to obtain optimum productivity and accuracy  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions  Continuous improvement is expected in all critical activities  Job, work order and parts order scheduling  Assist in the development and implementation of fixtures and fixture kits for existing and new products  Maintain a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to health and safety  Interface with other manufacturing departments, engineering, purchasing, processing, shipping and sales  Attend all scheduled meetings as required  An active member of the manufacturing problem-solving team
