Job Description
Knowledge of modular furniture, premium furniture for residential, office, retail & hospitality sectors.
To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, delivery, production of Furniture for Interior Fit out Projects.
Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division.
Making frequent sites walk with site construction team and giving site decisions, simultaneously ensuring QC of work in progress.
Resolving day to day site issues by visiting site and sought consultants resolution where required.
Should have strong & extensive knowledge about wood work, metal, paint, materials, fabrics, machinery & furniture design drawings.
Should have knowledge of all furniture related machinery, tools etc.
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Knowledge of BOM
Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management
Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters
Team Handling, Material handling, stock maintenance, wastage control, material planning & requirement.
