Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Biesse CNC machines to cut, shape, and drill materials like wood, MDF, and laminate for furniture production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and CNC program instructions for accurate machining.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Biesse CNC equipment to reduce downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain precision and quality.
• Inspect finished furniture components to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams and designers to optimize production processes and workflow.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with specific expertise in Biesse CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine programming, setup, and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials and manufacturing processes in the furniture industry.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality furniture components.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
