Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up panel saw machines to cut materials such as wood, MDF, and plywood to exact specifications.
• Adjust machine settings for accurate cutting based on technical drawings and production requirements.
• Inspect materials before cutting to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Measure and mark materials accurately, ensuring cuts are precise and within specifications.
• Monitor the machine during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on panel saw equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices while operating machinery to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Panel Saw Operator in furniture manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of panel saw machinery and cutting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate cuts.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
