We are looking for an experienced Membrane Machine Operator (BURKLE) to join our team in the furniture manufacturing industry. This role involves operating and maintaining membrane press machines to ensure high-quality finishes on furniture components, including veneering and laminating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate membrane press machines to apply veneers, laminates, or films on furniture parts.
• Set up and adjust membrane press machines based on product specifications, including temperature, pressure, and time.
• Monitor the production process to ensure high-quality standards and meet production goals.
• Inspect finished furniture components to verify quality, appearance, and adhesion.
• Perform routine maintenance on membrane press machines and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Handle and store materials properly to prevent damage during production.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Membrane Machine Operator in the furniture manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of membrane press machines, laminating, and veneering techniques.

• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
