Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD designs for a wide range of furniture products, including office furniture, residential furniture, and custom pieces. This role requires expertise in furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes to ensure that all designs are functional, cost-effective, and easy to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise CAD drawings and 3D models for various furniture products using advanced CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are manufacturable.
• Convert design concepts into accurate technical specifications, detailing dimensions, materials, and finishes.
• Ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable by considering production constraints and material costs.
• Revise and update CAD designs based on feedback or changes in project specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on furniture designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Stay updated on the latest furniture design trends, CAD technologies, and manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CAD Designer in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, ergonomics, and production processes.
