FACTORY MANAGER

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage and oversee the complete operations of a furniture manufacturing factory. Key Responsibilities A. Factory Operations Management - Manage complete day-to-day factory operations. - Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities. Production Planning & Execution - Coordinate with PPC, Production, Design, Purchase, and Stores departments. - Ensure production is executed according to approved drawings, BOM, and cut lists. Manpower Management - Manage Production Managers, Supervisors, CNC Operators, Carpenters, Machine Operators, Helpers, and other factory employees. - Allocate manpower according to production requirements. Quality Management - Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing. - Monitor product quality at every production stage. - Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage. Machinery & Maintenance - Monitor machine utilization and equipment performance. - Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Minimize machine downtime and production interruptions. Material & Inventory Management - Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability. - Monitor consumption of MDF, plywood, HDHMR, laminates, veneers, hardware, and other materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have independently managed complete furniture factory operations, including production, manpower, machinery, quality, material management, and dispatch. Candidates with experience in large-scale modular furniture manufacturing, customized furniture production, panel furniture, and automated woodworking machinery will be preferred.
