Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials to create high-quality furniture components.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise construction and design.
• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools with proficiency to achieve accurate and consistent results.
• Ensure all components are built to the correct dimensions and meet design requirements and quality standards.
• Sand, finish, and polish wood pieces to achieve a smooth, professional appearance.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Skilled Carpenter in furniture manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to producing flawless results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
