Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for nesting processes in furniture production.
• Load materials like wood, MDF, and plywood into the CNC machine, ensuring accurate cutting and shaping.
• Program and optimize nesting software to maximize material efficiency and minimize waste.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and specifications for accurate production.
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and precision.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform quality checks on finished components to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator with nesting expertise in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation, nesting software, and material handling.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise components.
