Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply PU (polyurethane) spray coatings to various furniture components including wood, MDF, and metal.
• Mix and prepare paints and coatings to achieve the desired finish and consistency.
• Ensure smooth, even application of PU coatings, providing a flawless final product.
• Inspect finished furniture pieces for quality, making adjustments as needed to meet design specifications.
• Maintain and clean spray painting equipment and work areas for optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices when handling spray painting chemicals and equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance on spray equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PU Spray Painter in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
• Expertise in polyurethane spray application and spray painting techniques.
• Knowledge of paints, coatings, and finishing processes in furniture production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in handling chemicals and spray equipment.
