Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate WoodTech and KDT CNC machines to cut, mill, and shape wood and MDF according to design specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate material processing and high-quality production.
• Monitor machine performance, adjusting settings to ensure precision and efficiency in each production run.
• Perform routine maintenance on WoodTech and KDT CNC machines, troubleshooting any issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished pieces for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain production logs, documenting materials used, machine settings, and production rates.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with WoodTech or KDT machinery in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with CAD files.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and understanding of CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing.
