Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients in the furniture industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales leads in the furniture market.
• Present and sell furniture products to clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Manage client accounts, including order processing, follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of furniture products.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients, negotiating terms and securing deals.
• Monitor sales trends, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for sales growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of furniture industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture products, materials, and design trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet company goals.
