Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PU Painter to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in applying Polyurethane (PU) paint and finishes to wood and other materials, ensuring a smooth, durable, and professional finish for furniture production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply PU paint to wood, MDF, and other materials used in furniture manufacturing to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Mix and match paints, stains, and coatings to meet desired furniture color and texture specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing any dust, oils, or imperfections.
• Use spray guns, brushes, or rollers to apply PU coatings evenly across furniture pieces.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for smooth texture, uniform coverage, and no imperfections.
• Maintain and clean painting tools, including spray guns, brushes, and mixing equipment.
• Follow strict safety procedures while working with paints, including proper ventilation and wearing protective gear.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet furniture production deadlines and ensure quality control.
• Adhere to all safety standards and quality control guidelines to ensure that the final painted products meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PU Painter in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in PU paint application, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality.
