Job Description

• Operate sanding machines, hand sanders, and other tools to smooth surfaces.

• Prepare workpieces by removing rough spots, imperfections, and excess material.

• Inspect surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards before finishing.

• Maintain and clean sanding tools and equipment for optimal performance.

• Work with production teams to meet deadlines and maintain consistency.

• Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including proper use of protective gear.

• Handle different types of materials such as wood, metal, and composite panels.

• Experience as a Sanding Operator or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of sanding techniques, materials, and finishing processes.

• Ability to operate sanding machines and hand tools efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle materials.

• Understanding of safety procedures and workplace hygiene.
