Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. They manage daily operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure the project runs smoothly.

• Ensure work is performed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Monitor work progress, address issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Manage and coordinate the workforce on-site.

• Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, material usage, and worker hours.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management.

• Ability to solve problems and handle on-site issues quickly.

• Good communication skills and team coordination.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Construction Management degree or certification is a plus).

• Proven experience in construction or as a Site Supervisor (2+ years preferred).
