Job Description

Assist in preparing cost estimates based on project specifications and drawings.

Collect and analyze material, labor, and overhead costs for accurate pricing.

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain and compare material price quotations.

Support the creation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.

Update and maintain pricing databases and cost estimation records.

Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality standards.

Review and verify project costs to ensure budget alignment.
