
Job Description

Lead and manage all departments within the plant: production, planning, quality control, maintenance, and stores.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely execution of production schedules.

Optimize resource utilization, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency.

Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and other process improvement methods.

Ensure adherence to quality standards for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Coordinate with the design, sales, and procurement teams for order execution and material availability.

Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Manage factory budgets, cost control, and monitor KPIs.

Prepare and present production and operational reports to top management.
-
Lead plant audits, inspections, and customer visits when required.
