Job Description

• Lead and manage all departments within the plant: production, planning, quality control, maintenance, and stores.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely execution of production schedules.

• Optimize resource utilization, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency.

• Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and other process improvement methods.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

• Coordinate with the design, sales, and procurement teams for order execution and material availability.

• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

• Manage factory budgets, cost control, and monitor KPIs.

• Prepare and present production and operational reports to top management.

• Lead plant audits, inspections, and customer visits when required.
