Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate activities on the production floor to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
• Monitor production schedules, allocate workforce, and manage resources to meet manufacturing targets.

• Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all employees.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:
