We are looking for an experienced CNC machine operator to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating advanced CNC machines to cut, shape, and carve wood and other materials for furniture production. As a CNC machine operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring precision, efficiency, and high-quality production of furniture components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce furniture components with high accuracy.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files to create machine programs.
• Load and secure materials into CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment for optimal cutting and shaping.
• Monitor machine operation, ensuring parts meet precise specifications.
• Perform routine CNC machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Inspect finished furniture pieces to ensure they meet quality standards, including dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to correct errors or optimize the production process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, operation, and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD drawings.
• High attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality furniture.
