We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hot Press Operator to join our dynamic team in the furniture manufacturing industry. As a Hot Press Operator, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality furniture components, including laminated panels, veneered surfaces, and custom wood finishes, by operating and maintaining hot press machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate hot press machines for laminating, veneering, or finishing wood-based panels with precision.
• Monitor machine settings (temperature, pressure, and cycle times) to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality standards.
• Inspect raw materials, such as wood veneers, adhesives, and panels, for defects to ensure quality output.
• Perform regular quality checks on furniture products to ensure proper bonding and flawless finish.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by following strict safety protocols and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions, perform basic repairs, and collaborate with the maintenance team for routine servicing.
• Track production data, including material usage and machine settings, to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Hot Press Operator or in a similar role within the furniture manufacturing or wood products industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently troubleshoot machinery issues.
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and hot press machine operation.
