We are seeking an experienced Packing Supervisor to lead our packing operations in the furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, accurate, and safe packing of furniture products, meeting high-quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily packing operations to ensure timely packing of furniture products.
Inspect finished items for quality, safety, and presentation before packaging.
Supervise, train, and motivate packing staff to follow procedures and safety protocols.
Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate restocking as needed.
Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of packed products for shipment.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
