Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
• Identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions on quality control practices for team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QC Executive or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
