We are looking for an experienced Multi-Boring Operator 2 HEAD to join our team in the furniture manufacturing industry. As a Multi-Boring Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced multi-boring machines to drill precise holes in wood and other materials used in furniture production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-boring machines according to specific furniture production requirements and specifications.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure correct alignment for accurate hole placement in wood and other components.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth, efficient production and address any issues promptly.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and minimize production downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure holes are drilled to meet quality standards and design specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and production managers to ensure timely furniture production and workflow.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Boring Operator or similar role in the furniture manufacturing or woodworking industries.
• Strong knowledge of operating multi-boring machines and interpreting technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on precision and quality.
