Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will ensure all furniture products meet high-quality standards and customer specifications before delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality inspections of furniture products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Review production schedules and product specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Perform final quality checks on finished furniture products, ensuring durability, safety, and aesthetic standards.
• Identify defects, document issues, and collaborate with production teams for corrective action.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports and corrective actions.
• Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Work with production and design teams to drive quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QC Executive in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• A degree in quality control, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.
