Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Biesse CNC machines to cut, drill, and shape materials like wood, MDF, and plywood for furniture production.
• Program and adjust CNC machines based on CAD/CAM files and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machine performance during production to maintain high precision and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Biesse CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed in the operating environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with a focus on Biesse machinery in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, programming, and setup.
• Ability to interpret CAD/CAM files and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and precision.
