Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up profile door cutting machines to cut wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials for door profiles and furniture components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency in production.
• Measure and mark materials to align with design specifications and optimize material usage.
• Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth and precise cuts.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet design specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on cutting machines to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines are met and production goals are achieved.
• Troubleshoot any issues with the profile door cutting machines and resolve them promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Profile Door Cutter Operator in the furniture industry or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of profile door cutting machines and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve precise cuts.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the furniture manufacturing industry.
