Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate KDT CNC machines to cut, mill, and shape wood, MDF, and other materials used in furniture production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate processing and cutting of materials.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed rate, and tooling to meet production specifications and achieve high precision.
• Monitor and control the CNC process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency during production runs.
• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of KDT CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Document machine settings, material usage, and production output for accurate reporting and traceability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines and production targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with KDT CNC machines in furniture manufacturing or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, woodworking, and machinery maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
