Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Supervise the production team and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor the production process, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources, materials, and machinery.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics) to meet customer demands and manage inventory.
• Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure production goals and KPIs are met consistently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
