Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the procurement process for raw materials, goods, and supplies needed for production.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with the production and finance teams to align purchasing with production schedules and budget requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
• Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or product quality with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and generate reports for management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new suppliers to optimize purchasing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
