Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate HOMAG CNC machines for furniture and cabinetry production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical specifications for precise manufacturing.
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to ensure optimal output and minimal waste.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of production runs and material usage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating HOMAG CNC machines in a furniture manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, woodworking materials, and cutting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD designs and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.
