Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet shipment schedules.
• Monitor the quality of packaging materials and finished goods.
• Train and manage the packing team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
• Implement and optimize packing processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of packed items, materials used, and inventory levels.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all packages meet company and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the packing area.
• Troubleshoot issues in the packing process and provide timely solutions.
• Continuously improve packing operations to align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Packing Supervisor, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, equipment, and processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
