Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program HOMAG CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish materials as per design specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate production.
• Perform routine machine setup and adjustments for optimal performance and precision.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues during operation to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure long-term functionality.
• Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain records of production runs, including materials used and output quality.
• Follow all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience operating HOMAG CNC machines in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and woodworking materials.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
