Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Allocate resources, monitor workflows, and meet production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production team members.
• Identify and address production challenges to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
