Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire process of sofa manufacturing, from frame assembly to upholstery and final finishing.
• Construct and assemble sofa frames using wood and other materials, ensuring structural integrity and quality.
• Cut, sew, and upholster fabrics, leathers, and other materials to create comfortable and aesthetically pleasing sofas.
• Ensure the highest quality standards for fabric alignment, stitching, and cushion filling.
• Collaborate with design teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring production meets design specifications.
• Monitor production timelines, ensuring all sofas are completed on schedule.
• Perform quality checks on finished sofas to ensure they meet company standards for durability and appearance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sofa Master or in a similar furniture manufacturing role.
• Expertise in sofa construction, including frame assembly, upholstery, and finishing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of different fabrics, leathers, and other upholstery materials.
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications and technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship in furniture production.
• Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks and lift heavy materials when needed.
