Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily packing operations, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
• Monitor packing staff to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
• Train, guide, and evaluate team performance to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Inspect packed products for damages, labeling errors, and specification adherence.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
• Plan resource allocation to meet production and packing schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and ensure timely restocking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and optimize workflows.
• Prepare and share reports on packing performance with management.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or management are advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Packing Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of packing equipment, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
