Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish materials like wood, metal, and composites for furniture production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Set up machines, calibrate tools, and input CNC programs for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks on finished components to meet design and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CNC programming software.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
