Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, development, and planning for complex construction projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and ensure design integrity.
• Present architectural concepts and project proposals to clients and investors.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline project execution and minimize delays.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale, innovative design projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp).
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
