Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing the store, handling cash, and ensuring store security.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely restocking of products.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, following visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving shipments, unpacking goods, and placing them on the shelves.
• Monitor product sales and prepare sales reports to assist with inventory planning and purchasing decisions.
• Handle cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high-performance standards and excellent customer service.
• Implement promotional and sales strategies to increase store sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Store Executive, Retail Associate, or similar role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
