Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to foster trust and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and anticipate client needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitor account performance and work towards achieving revenue growth and retention targets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients and management.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and business strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
