Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual CNC machines for cutting, shaping, and milling wood, MDF, and other materials used in furniture production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and ensure precise cuts and shapes.
• Monitor machine operations to detect and resolve issues quickly, ensuring smooth production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manual CNC machines to prevent downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Keep detailed records of production, including materials used, machine settings, and quantities produced.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Manual Operator in furniture manufacturing or similar industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC operations, machinery maintenance, and furniture production processes.
• Attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
