Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee payroll management, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to meet organizational goals.
- Address and resolve employee grievances while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, aligning HR practices with industry standards.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
