Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Flat Bed CNC machines to cut, mill, and shape wood, MDF, and other materials for furniture production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate processing and high-quality production.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and achieve the necessary precision and accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the Flat Bed CNC machine to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Document machine settings, production output, and material usage for accurate record-keeping.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator with Flat Bed CNC machinery in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
• Strong understanding of CNC operations, machinery maintenance, and woodworking techniques.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
