Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, craft, and assemble sofas according to specifications and customer requirements, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Cut, sew, and upholster fabric, leather, and other materials to create stylish and durable sofa designs.
• Ensure accurate measurements and alignment of sofa frames, cushions, and upholstery.
• Supervise the production process, ensuring each sofa meets quality, durability, and design standards.
• Work with various materials, including wood, metal, fabric, and foam, to produce sofas that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to incorporate custom features and modifications as needed.
• Perform quality checks on finished sofas to ensure they are free from defects and meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in sofa design and materials to incorporate into production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sofa Master or similar role in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of sofa construction, upholstery, and woodworking techniques.
• Ability to interpret design specifications and technical drawings.
• Expertise in using upholstery tools and materials, with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
