Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of furniture products.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and specifications.
• Train and develop production staff to ensure high levels of performance, safety, and quality.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet design and customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve production issues, ensuring the efficient use of materials, labor, and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, materials used, and employee performance.
• Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to optimize overall production efficiency.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in furniture manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and team management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with production management software and other relevant tools.
• In-depth understanding of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
