Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site furniture installation projects.
• Assign tasks to installation teams and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Inspect and verify the quality of installed furniture, ensuring it meets specifications.
• Address and resolve on-site issues or customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations during installations.
• Train and guide team members to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain records of installations, materials used, and project completion timelines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align installation plans with requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Installation Supervisor in the furniture or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of furniture assembly and installation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management.
