Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials to create custom furniture components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately construct pieces such as cabinets, tables, chairs, and more.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to craft components with precision.
• Sand, finish, and polish surfaces to create smooth, professional furniture pieces.
• Ensure all items are built according to specifications, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with the design team to incorporate custom features and modifications into furniture pieces.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure their proper function.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, materials, or designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Skilled Carpenter in furniture manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Expertise in woodworking techniques and the use of various carpentry tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently.
