This critical role supports a safe and efficient working environment through preventive maintenance and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment history, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all activities.
• Propose equipment upgrades and process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
