Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Upholsterer to join our furniture manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholstering a wide range of furniture pieces, including sofas, chairs, and other upholstered items, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and fit various upholstery materials such as fabric, leather, and foam to furniture frames.
• Apply professional upholstery techniques, including sewing, stapling, and tacking, to achieve clean, polished finishes.
• Install cushioning, padding, and springs to enhance comfort and support in office furniture and other products.
• Inspect finished upholstered furniture to ensure alignment, smoothness, and defect-free surfaces.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and ensure that all pieces meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols while using upholstery tools and machinery.
• Ensure high standards of quality control for each piece of upholstered furniture produced.
