Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sofa Master to join our team in the furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in sofa production, including assembly, upholstery, and finishing. As a Sofa Master, you will lead the production process to ensure the highest quality standards for our sofa collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire sofa production process, including assembly, upholstery, and finishing.
• Assemble sofa frames and install cushioning, springs, and padding to ensure comfort and durability.
• Apply upholstery materials such as fabric, leather, and other materials, ensuring professional and high-quality finishes.
• Supervise and train the production team, ensuring all work meets company standards and design specifications.
• Inspect completed sofas for quality assurance, ensuring they meet customer expectations and industry standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines and achieve manufacturing goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sofa Master or similar role in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in upholstery techniques, sofa assembly, and finishing.
• Leadership and team management skills.
