Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the Biesse Rovergold CNC machine to cut, mill, drill, and shape wood, MDF, and other materials according to specifications for furniture manufacturing.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure precise material cutting and shaping.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed rate, and tooling to optimize production efficiency and precision.
• Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure consistent quality and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform routine maintenance on the Biesse Rovergold CNC machine to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Inspect finished components to verify they meet quality standards and required dimensions.
• Maintain accurate production logs, documenting machine settings, material usage, and output.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator with Biesse Rovergold CNC machines or similar CNC equipment in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operations, woodworking machinery, and furniture production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Proficient in machine set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
